Will it rain tonight in New York?

Check the hourly forecast for precipitation probability, expected rainfall amount and the timing of showers. A daily rain percentage cannot tell you whether rain will occur at 6 p.m., midnight or early morning. If you're commuting, attending an event or planning outdoor activities, hourly precipitation information is more useful.
