"Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" (California and similar US state laws)
WeatherPerch does not sell personal information. Because some US state laws define "sharing" broadly enough to cover certain analytics/advertising configurations even without a sale, we provide this opt-out as a precaution and honor it automatically if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal — you do not need to also click anything for GPC to take effect. You can also set this choice manually below or via the footer link on every page.
Advertising consent (EEA / UK / Switzerland)
WeatherPerch does not currently run advertising, so there is nothing to consent to yet. When advertising is introduced, it will be gated behind a Google-certified, IAB TCF-compliant consent prompt (Google Funding Choices) shown to applicable visitors before any ad script or ad cookie loads — this page will show that control at that point.
Accounts and stored personal data
WeatherPerch has no accounts. There is no sign-in, no profile, and no saved-preferences page, so there is no account record to export or delete. Anything the site remembers for you — theme, language, units, last location, and your consent choices — is stored in this browser only and is cleared by clearing your site data. If you have opted in to severe-weather push notifications, revoking notification permission in your browser ends delivery and the stored subscription is discarded on the next send attempt.
