Will weather affect my road trip this weekend?

Check the forecast for every major location along your route, not just the destination. Look for heavy rain, thunderstorms, snow, ice, high winds, extreme heat and flooding. Weather can change dramatically over long distances, particularly across mountainous regions and large states. Recheck forecasts before departure and keep your itinerary flexible if severe weather is expected.
